Challenge
Proper water management means having effective gutters, miters and downspouts. Without any protection in place, the locust leaves in the yard of this Comstock Park, Michigan, home were causing the gutters to clog. That required dangerous maintenance and put the home at high risk for damage. Water damage can consist of rotting soffit and fascia, a cracked or unsettled foundation and even a leaking basement.
Solution
To solve these problems for the homeowner, we installed 5″ seamless gutters: (3) first-story 2×3 downspouts, (2) second-story 2×3 downspouts, (12) A elbows, (1) B elbow in Royal Brown and (3) patented inside miter solutions.
