After cleaning the draintiles, and the existing gutters needing to be replaced, these homeowners opted for a little extra appeal with 5″ Copptertone seamless gutters, (9) 2×3 Copptertone downspouts, and (to ensure no winter problems due to insulation) on the back of the home, we installed heat tape.
