Challenge
With its existing gutters in poor condition, the resulting water damage meant this home’s fascia had inevitably rotted. When the fascia board rots, the gutters begin to fall off, sag and eliminate a home’s water management system.
Solution
We replaced 60 feet of 6×1 and 20 feet of 4×1 fascia and installed new 5″ seamless gutters and hidden hangers (aligned, flashed and sealed with 50-year sealant). This gave the South Bend, Indiana, homeowner proper water management to prevent any further water damage.
